Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end SEO strategy, including technical audits, content strategy, and link building campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with our Engineering team to implement Schema.org, Core Web Vitals optimization, and server-side rendering improvements.
- Analyze complex data sets using Python and SQL to uncover actionable insights and drive traffic growth.
- Manage and mentor a team of junior SEO specialists and content creators.
- Stay ahead of algorithm updates, particularly focusing on AI-driven search results.
- Oversee the migration of our digital infrastructure to ensure zero downtime and maximum SEO equity preservation.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in SEO, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior specialist role.
- Deep technical knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and HTTP protocols.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and Ahrefs/SEMrush.
- Experience with data analysis tools (Python, R, or SQL preferred).
- Strong understanding of semantic search, NLP, and machine learning trends.
- Proven track record of increasing organic traffic and improving search rankings for high-complexity sites.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
