Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and audit complex smart contracts using Rust and Solidity for the 2026 ecosystem.
- Implement security best practices and conduct rigorous vulnerability assessments to ensure zero-trust architecture.
- Optimize gas efficiency and transaction throughput to handle high-volume decentralized transactions.
- Collaborate with frontend developers and UX designers to integrate web3 wallets seamlessly.
- Write comprehensive technical documentation and contribute to open-source standards within the community.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to foster a culture of excellence.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, specifically in blockchain or Web3 development.
- Deep proficiency in Rust or Solidity with a track record of shipping production-grade code.
- Experience with formal verification tools (e.g., Certora, K Framework) is a major plus.
- Strong understanding of consensus mechanisms, cryptography, and distributed systems.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and pivot quickly based on market feedback.
- Excellent communication skills, both technical and non-technical.
