Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable, and secure software solutions using modern architectures.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define feature requirements and technical specifications.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers, conducting code reviews and technical onboarding sessions.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, ensuring high availability and optimal system response times.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment.
- Contribute to the evolution of our CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on backend systems.
- Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go.
- Deep understanding of relational and non-relational databases (SQL/NoSQL).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a distributed team environment.
