What You'll Do
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in our engineering culture. You will be responsible for designing robust architectures, mentoring junior developers, and delivering features that impact millions of users.
Responsibilities
- Architectural Design: Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance software systems using modern best practices.
- Code Leadership: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while conducting rigorous code reviews to ensure quality standards.
- System Optimization: Analyze system bottlenecks and implement optimizations to improve application performance and reduce latency.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Manage and deploy applications on cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) ensuring high availability and security compliance.
- Technical Innovation: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to propose innovative solutions that drive business value.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in a production environment.
- Programming: Proficiency in at least two of the following: Python, Java, Go, or C++.
- Web Technologies: Strong experience with front-end frameworks (React, Vue, Angular) and RESTful API design.
- Cloud & DevOps: Experience with cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to debug complex issues under pressure.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
