Responsibilities
- Design and implement highly available, distributed microservices architectures to support real-time data streams and global traffic.
- Lead the migration and optimization of legacy systems to modern cloud-native technologies (Kubernetes, Docker, AWS).
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain the highest standards of engineering excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Security) to define technical requirements and roadmaps.
- Ensure system security, compliance, and scalability under peak load conditions.
- Drive automation initiatives for CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a strong focus on backend systems.
- Expert proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, or Java.
- Deep experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Strong cloud computing skills, specifically AWS or GCP, including VPC, EC2, and Lambda.
- Experience with message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka) and database technologies (PostgreSQL, Redis).
- Proven track record of leading technical projects from conception to deployment in high-pressure environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
