- Tech Stack Evolution: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (Web3, AI, Cloud Native) into our existing ecosystem.
- Code Quality: Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and establish best practices for engineering excellence.
- Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in legacy systems and architect solutions to ensure 99.99% uptime and sub-millisecond response times.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and designers to translate complex business requirements into elegant technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on full-stack or backend engineering.
- Technologies: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React or Vue.js, and a backend language such as Python, Node.js, or Go.
- Cloud & DevOps: Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to think several steps ahead regarding system scalability and future-proofing.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
