Responsibilities
- Define and execute the architectural vision for AI systems targeting deployment by 2026, ensuring scalability and interoperability.
- Lead the design of high-performance neural networks and large language model (LLM) infrastructures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including quantum computing researchers, data scientists, and product managers.
- Establish best practices for AI ethics, security, and compliance in emerging technologies.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct architectural reviews and technical assessments to mitigate risks in long-term projects.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML systems design.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Proven experience leading large-scale, complex engineering projects with multi-year lifecycles.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI principles, bias mitigation, and data governance.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
