Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the development of scalable Agentic AI frameworks for enterprise integration.
- Define the technical roadmap for the transition to Quantum-Enhanced Machine Learning by 2026.
- Oversee the design of secure, decentralized data pipelines using federated learning.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and establish best practices for ethical AI governance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical strategies with business goals.
- Research and prototype novel neural network architectures capable of long-horizon reasoning.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning architecture.
- Deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF), and Vector Databases.
- Experience with Quantum Computing concepts and hybrid quantum-classical algorithms.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams through complex product launches.
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Computational Neuroscience, or a related field is highly preferred.
