Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 product suite, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Lead the architectural design of scalable, high-performance distributed systems.
- Identify emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Readiness, etc.) to integrate into the 2026 strategy.
- mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct technical assessments and risk analysis for major infrastructure projects.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Ensure system security, compliance, and high availability standards are met.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering or systems architecture.
- Proven track record of leading teams through major digital transformations.
- Deep expertise in cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of AI integration and future tech trends relevant to 2026.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience with microservices architecture and event-driven systems.
