Responsibilities
- Define and drive the technical roadmap for the 2026 strategic vision, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Lead the architectural design of complex, scalable systems, focusing on microservices, cloud-native architectures, and AI integration.
- Conduct deep-dive feasibility studies on emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, Advanced LLMs) to determine their application for future products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Design to translate high-level concepts into concrete technical specifications.
- Mentor and coach a team of senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Evaluate third-party technologies and vendors to ensure we are leveraging the best tools for the 2026 landscape.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, system design, and software engineering.
- Proven experience leading large-scale technical transformations and strategic initiatives.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on scalability and security.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
