Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end development of the 2026 Strategic Roadmap, defining clear milestones and KPIs.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses of emerging market trends and competitive landscapes to forecast future opportunities.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and marketing teams to integrate strategic goals into operational workflows.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with long-term strategic initiatives.
- Present complex strategic proposals to the board of directors and external stakeholders.
- Drive organizational change management to ensure adoption of the new 2026 vision.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, operations management, or business development.
- Proven track record of leading multi-year strategic roadmaps and large-scale transformation projects.
