- Collaborate with cross-functional teamsâincluding Product, Sales, and Operationsâto align departmental goals with the 2026 vision.
- Manage a multi-million dollar budget for strategic projects and innovation labs, ensuring ROI and resource efficiency.
- Present high-level strategic insights and future projections to the C-Suite and Board of Directors.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with long-term strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or corporate strategy within the tech or logistics sector.
- Proven track record of leading successful long-term strategic initiatives and operational transformations.
- Masterâs degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field is strongly preferred.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies.
- Strong leadership abilities, including experience managing diverse teams and mentoring junior staff.
- Demonstrated experience in navigating ambiguous environments and making data-driven decisions.
