Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the end-to-end creation of the long-term product strategy and 2026 roadmap, aligning business goals with technical feasibility.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies and market trends to identify new opportunities and competitive threats.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Marketing to ensure the successful execution of the product vision.
- Resource Allocation: Prioritize features and initiatives based on ROI, business impact, and strategic alignment for the upcoming fiscal years.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex strategic concepts to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring buy-in and alignment.
- Performance Optimization: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years in Product Management, Product Strategy, or a related technical field.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining and executing long-term product strategies (3-5 year horizon).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Tech Savvy: Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, Cloud) and future tech trends.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without authority.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas.
