Role Overview
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing the architectural blueprint for our next-generation platform. You will bridge the gap between theoretical research and production-grade engineering, ensuring our systems are robust, secure, and scalable.
Responsibilities
- System Design: Lead the end-to-end architectural design of complex distributed systems, ensuring high availability and fault tolerance for our AI workloads.
- Technology Strategy: Evaluate and implement emerging technologies (Quantum computing integration, Edge AI) to drive innovation within the 2026 ecosystem.
- Cloud Architecture: Architect and optimize multi-cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) to support mission-critical applications and massive data throughput.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Provide technical leadership, conduct rigorous code reviews, and mentor a team of junior and senior engineers.
- Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in legacy systems and refactor codebases to meet stringent latency and throughput requirements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, product managers, and security teams to align technical roadmaps with business goals.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Java, with experience in building high-concurrency systems.
- Cloud Mastery: Strong knowledge of cloud-native design patterns and CI/CD pipelines.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a proven track record of solving complex technical challenges.
