Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of the company's core technology stack for the 2026 product release cycle.
- Define and enforce best practices for cloud infrastructure, microservices, and data security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and designers to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Conduct code reviews, system audits, and performance tuning to ensure optimal operational efficiency.
- Mentor junior architects and senior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Identify potential risks in system architecture and propose scalable solutions to mitigate them before they impact production.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a Senior Systems Architect or Technical Lead role.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale, high-availability systems in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, or Java.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
