Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design and oversee the implementation of high-availability, distributed systems capable of handling exascale data processing requirements.
- Quantum-Ready Infrastructure: Develop hybrid architectures that seamlessly integrate classical machine learning models with emerging quantum computing protocols.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation, code excellence, and continuous learning.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Collaborate with product leaders to define technical roadmaps for 2026, identifying gaps and opportunities for technological advancement.
- Security & Compliance: Implement enterprise-grade security protocols and ensure all architectural decisions adhere to strict data privacy regulations.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously analyze system bottlenecks and implement optimizations to ensure real-time latency reduction across global networks.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field. 10+ years of experience in software engineering and architecture.
- Programming Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, Rust, and Go. Familiarity with low-level systems programming and GPU acceleration (CUDA).
- AI/ML Frameworks: Proven experience designing systems using TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX at scale.
- Cloud Architecture: Extensive experience with AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Azure, specifically regarding serverless and containerized environments.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated history of solving ambiguous, high-impact problems in fast-paced, startup-like environments.
