Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable microservices architecture for the Project 2026 platform, ensuring high availability and fault tolerance.
- Lead technical strategy sessions to define roadmap milestones and architectural standards for future releases.
- Mentor junior developers and senior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and code excellence.
- Optimize database performance and reduce latency across distributed systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, DevOps, Security) to integrate third-party APIs and legacy systems.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural reviews to ensure security best practices and scalability.
- Identify technical risks early and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project delivery timelines are met.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in full-stack software engineering or systems architecture.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proficiency in Python, Go, and modern frontend frameworks (React or Vue.js).
- Strong understanding of database systems (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and data modeling.
- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
