Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technical Roadmap: Collaborate with C-level executives to outline long-term technical strategies and infrastructure requirements.
- Cloud-Native Architecture: Lead the migration and optimization of legacy systems to modern, serverless cloud architectures (AWS/Azure).
- AI Integration: Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and generative AI integrations into core products.
- Security & Compliance: Establish rigorous security protocols and ensure 100% compliance with evolving data protection regulations.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Performance Optimization: Drive initiatives to reduce latency and improve system throughput for global scalability.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a Senior or Lead capacity.
- Stack: Deep expertise in microservices, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud infrastructure.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Java, with a strong understanding of asynchronous programming.
- AI/ML Knowledge: Practical experience integrating AI models into production environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value for non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
