Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive Technical Strategy for 2026, aligning architectural goals with business objectives.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance distributed systems using modern cloud architectures.
- Oversee the integration of emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning pipelines, into our core infrastructure.
- Mentor and guide a team of senior engineers and developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Conduct rigorous technical reviews and architectural assessments to ensure system security, reliability, and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Establish best practices for code quality, DevOps, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in software architecture, systems design, and software engineering.
- Proven track record of leading technical roadmaps for large-scale enterprise applications.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of AI/ML infrastructure and data engineering principles.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and a demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
