Responsibilities
- Define and drive the 2026 Technical Vision and strategic roadmap for the company's core platforms.
- Lead high-stakes architectural decisions, ensuring system scalability, security, and resilience.
- Collaborate with product management to translate business goals into technical specifications.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and foster a culture of innovation and code excellence.
- Oversee the integration of emerging technologies (AI, Edge Computing, IoT) into legacy systems.
- Conduct technical reviews and performance audits to ensure industry best practices are met.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Expert proficiency in cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong background in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning system design.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
