Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end technical strategy for the 2026 Innovation Hub project, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends.
- Architect scalable, high-performance systems using cloud-native technologies and AI-driven frameworks.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Define and implement robust security protocols and data governance policies for future-ready infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Product and Design to translate complex concepts into intuitive user experiences.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and drive technical debt reduction to ensure long-term maintainability.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architecture role.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Java and modern cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale systems under tight deadlines.
- Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning integration within production environments.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical jargon for diverse stakeholders.
