Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical vision for the 2026 roadmap, aligning technology stacks with business objectives.
- Lead the architecture and implementation of scalable cloud-native solutions and emerging technologies.
- Mentor and guide a team of senior engineers and developers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Conduct deep-dive technical assessments and present strategic recommendations to the executive board.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI and machine learning capabilities into core products.
- Oversee system security, compliance, and performance optimization for global deployments.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, system design, and technical leadership.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical projects on tight deadlines.
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
