Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for engineering and AI roles, from pipeline generation to offer negotiation.
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates, specifically focusing on the 2026 talent landscape.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and cultural fit.
- Utilize advanced ATS (Applicant Tracking System) tools and Boolean search techniques to identify top talent.
- Conduct insightful interviews and provide a world-class candidate experience.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring processes and reduce time-to-hire.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote employer branding initiatives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, specifically within the AI, Machine Learning, or Software Development sectors.
- Proven track record of filling hard-to-fill technical roles with top-tier talent.
- Deep understanding of the modern tech stack (Python, Rust, Go, etc.) and software development methodologies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage senior-level executives.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby) and sourcing tools.
- Strong ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
