Responsibilities
- Architect and implement high-performance, AI-native web applications using the Web 2026 stack (WebGPU, WebAssembly, and native APIs).
- Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI agents directly into the client-side rendering pipeline for seamless user experiences.
- Optimize rendering performance for complex 3D environments and spatial interfaces using advanced WebGL/WebGL2 techniques.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate futuristic concepts into scalable technical solutions.
- Mentor junior developers and establish code quality standards for the Web 2026 initiative.
- Conduct research and proof-of-concepts for emerging technologies to keep the platform ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional experience in frontend engineering and software architecture.
- Deep expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Svelte) and TypeScript.
- Proven experience with WebGPU, WebGL, or Three.js for high-performance graphics.
- Experience integrating AI/ML models into frontend applications (e.g., using Transformers.js or similar runtimes).
- Strong understanding of performance optimization, memory management, and security best practices in the browser.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical strategy and mentor teams in a fast-paced environment.
