Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and deploy secure, scalable smart contracts using Solidity, Rust, or Move.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and security audits to ensure the integrity of the protocol.
- Optimize gas fees and transaction throughput for Layer 2 solutions.
- Integrate Web3 front-end libraries (Web3.js, Ethers.js) with React and Node.js applications.
- Collaborate with product managers to define technical requirements and roadmap features.
- Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 99.99% uptime for critical infrastructure.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code quality assurance sessions.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 2 years specifically in Web3 or Blockchain development.
- Deep expertise in Solidity, Rust, or another high-level language relevant to blockchain (e.g., Go, C++).
- Proven experience deploying and interacting with smart contracts on Ethereum, Solana, or Polkadot.
- Strong understanding of cryptographic principles, consensus mechanisms, and distributed systems.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks (Hardhat, Foundry, Truffle) and security best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
