Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in diverse healthcare settings across San Diego
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, JCAHO, and facility-specific protocols
- Adapt quickly to new environments and clinical workflows
- Maintain accurate documentation using electronic health records systems
- Provide mentorship to staff nurses during assignments

Qualifications
- Active RN license in California or compact state
- Minimum 2 years of recent acute care experience
- BLS, ACLS, and any specialty-specific certifications
- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts in various units
- Strong communication and adaptability skills
- Ability to pass background checks and health screenings
- Experience with EMR systems (Epic, Cerner preferred)
