Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Strategic Roadmap for core technological infrastructure and systems.
- Lead the architectural design of large-scale, distributed systems ensuring high availability and security.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, Quantum Computing) to integrate into our long-term vision.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to modern cloud-native architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Product, Engineering, and Design—to align technical strategies with business objectives.
- Mentor and guide senior engineering teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in software architecture, system design, or a related technical field.
- Proven track record of leading strategic initiatives and delivering complex, large-scale projects on time and within budget.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture, event-driven systems, and API design.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.
