Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying emerging trends in AI, automation, and quantum readiness.
- Liaise with R&D teams to prioritize high-impact projects that align with the company's long-term vision.
- Develop strategic partnerships with tech innovators and academic institutions to stay ahead of the curve.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to foster a culture of innovation and adaptability.
- Monitor regulatory changes and global market shifts to mitigate risks and seize opportunities.
- Present complex technological strategies to the C-suite and board of directors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technology consulting.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering futuristic or long-term strategic initiatives.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Sustainable Tech.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Certified in Strategic Planning or Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus.
