Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Create and maintain the long-term technical vision, aligning AI capabilities with business objectives.
- Architect Quantum-Ready Systems: Design scalable architectures capable of integrating with emerging quantum algorithms and hardware.
- Lead Innovation: Spearhead the research and implementation of Deep Learning models and Neural Networks.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous innovation.
- Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, legal, and operations to drive adoption.
- Compliance & Ethics: Establish governance frameworks for AI bias, data privacy, and responsible deployment.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in Senior Engineering, Architecture, or Technical Management, with 5+ years specifically in AI/ML leadership.
- Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Neural Networks.
- Cloud Expertise: Proficiency in cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to bridge the gap between high-level business strategy and deep technical execution.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
