Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable machine learning infrastructure aligned with the 2026 strategic vision.
- Lead the research and development of proprietary AI models and algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Data Science) to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Ensure data security, privacy, and ethical AI practices across all projects.
- Mentor senior engineers and define best practices for the AI engineering team.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to integrate emerging technologies into our core stack.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and major cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale AI initiatives from concept to deployment.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, data pipelines, and distributed systems.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
