Responsibilities
- 2026 Roadmap Development: Design and execute a comprehensive AI operational strategy that aligns with emerging trends and business goals for the 2026 horizon.
- AI Governance & Ethics: Establish and enforce strict ethical guidelines and compliance frameworks for machine learning models to ensure responsible AI deployment.
- Infrastructure Scaling: Oversee the integration and scaling of AI infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security for enterprise-level applications.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Collaborate with C-suite executives and cross-functional teams to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Future Tech Analysis: Continuously monitor and analyze emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Quantum Computing applications) to identify competitive advantages.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in AI/ML operations, strategy, or technical leadership roles within a high-growth tech environment.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of developing long-term strategic roadmaps and leading organizational change.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of machine learning pipelines, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and MLOps practices.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
