Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap for AI and Quantum computing integration, specifically targeting readiness for 2026 standards.
- Design hybrid cloud architectures that seamlessly incorporate quantum-resistant algorithms and advanced AI models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, quantum engineers, and software developers to prototype high-impact solutions.
- Conduct rigorous risk assessments and feasibility studies for deploying next-generation computing technologies in enterprise environments.
- Advocate for ethical AI practices and quantum security protocols across the organization.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to identify emerging technologies that could disrupt or enhance our service offerings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field; Master’s or PhD preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), and systems engineering.
- Deep understanding of Machine Learning principles and experience with Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Familiarity with Quantum Computing concepts (Qiskit, Cirq) and post-quantum cryptography is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a proven track record of managing high-performance engineering teams.
