Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Horizon: Lead the development and execution of the company's 5-year strategic roadmap, focusing on emerging technologies like AI, Quantum Computing, and Decentralized Systems.
- Trend Analysis & Forecasting: Conduct deep-dive research on global technology trends to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee Research and Development initiatives, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals and market demands.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives, product teams, and external partners to align technical strategies with business objectives.
- Feasibility Studies: Assess the technical and financial viability of future projects before they reach the development phase.
- Portfolio Strategy: Manage the long-term technology portfolio, prioritizing investments that yield the highest ROI in the future market.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic planning, technology consulting, or R&D management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to think 5-10 years into the future and translate abstract concepts into concrete strategic plans.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of current and emerging technologies (AI, Machine Learning, Blockchain, IoT) and their potential applications.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and board members.
