Responsibilities
- Design and execute horizon-scanning frameworks to identify disruptive trends through 2026
- Develop probabilistic scenario models for climate tech, AI governance, and bioeconomy sectors
- Produce executive-ready strategic briefings with actionable recommendations
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives on future readiness
- Lead quantitative trend analysis using proprietary foresight methodologies
- Build and maintain a global network of futurist and academic thought leaders
- Present findings at industry conferences and publish in peer-reviewed journals
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or future studies with demonstrable 2026+ impact
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and probabilistic modeling
- Published thought leadership on technological or societal transformation
- Experience advising Fortune 500 clients on strategic adaptation
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
