Responsibilities

- Lead horizon scanning initiatives across quantum computing, bio-convergence, and AI ethics
- Design strategic frameworks for exponential technology adoption
- Present visionary insights to executive boards and investment committees
- Curate annual Future State Summits with global thought leaders
- Mentor innovation teams in futures thinking methodologies
- Author proprietary research on disruptive market shifts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D
- Proven track record of forecasting market disruptions (2018-2025)
- Expertise in systems thinking and complexity modeling
- Published author or keynote speaker on future trends
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., CFS) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful 5-year forecasts
