Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning process to identify emerging AI trends and integrate them into our long-term product vision.
- Predictive Analytics Leadership: Design and oversee the deployment of predictive models to forecast market trends, customer behavior, and operational efficiency.
- Prototype & Innovation: Spearhead proof-of-concept projects for next-generation technologies, including Generative AI and Autonomous Systems.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical future-casts into actionable business strategies for C-suite executives and investors.
- R&D Collaboration: Partner with research labs and academic institutions to stay ahead of the curve on breakthrough technologies.
- Architecture Design: Define scalable architectural patterns that support future growth and integration of novel tech stacks.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, AI/ML, or Strategic Technology Consulting, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and large language models (LLMs).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of identifying disruptive technologies and translating them into business value.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with ambiguous requirements.
