Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026 strategic foresight framework using trend analysis, scenario planning, and predictive modeling
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions in AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Produce executive-level reports on disruptive market forces and technology convergence points
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to pioneer future-ready capabilities
- Chair the Future Council, guiding C-suite decisions on long-term capital allocation and talent strategy
- Design organizational resilience programs for navigating systemic risks and black swan events
- Mentor senior leaders in strategic foresight methodologies and future literacy
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent discipline (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record of implementing successful 5-10 year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum) and their societal implications
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFS, CSO) or equivalent professional designation
- Exceptional presentation skills with C-suite experience and TED-level thought leadership
- Published author or keynote speaker on future trends and disruption
- Fluency in strategic scenario planning tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, Delphi method)
