Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist roles within tech/consulting
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services with $50M+ market impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, or sustainable systems
- MBA or advanced degree in technology, business, or futures studies preferred
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling capabilities
- Strong stakeholder management with executive-level communication skills
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, IXL) or futures forecasting
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ innovation initiatives scaled to commercial success
