In this role, you will be responsible for identifying emerging trends—such as advanced AI, quantum computing, and next-gen Web3 protocols—and translating them into actionable business strategies. You will drive our R&D initiatives, ensuring we remain at the forefront of the tech industry.
Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap and ensure it aligns with long-term corporate goals.
- Conduct rigorous market research to identify disruptive technologies and their potential impact on our industry.
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate high-impact innovation projects.
- Manage a budget for R&D and innovation initiatives, prioritizing projects with the highest ROI.
- Collaborate with academic institutions and industry think tanks to stay ahead of global tech shifts.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or R&D leadership.
- Strong understanding of future tech trends (AI, Quantum, Blockchain) and their enterprise applications.
- Proven track record of managing innovation budgets and leading complex projects.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence executive stakeholders.
- Experience in the Silicon Valley technology ecosystem is highly preferred.
