Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 3-year technology roadmap focused on the year 2026.
- Lead the research and prototyping of emerging technologies, including next-gen AI models and edge computing.
- Collaborate with C-level executives to align technical vision with business strategy.
- Evaluate and select strategic partnerships with tech vendors and startups shaping the future.
- Define architectural standards to ensure scalability and future-proofing of our core infrastructure.
- Advocate for innovation within the engineering organization and mentor future leaders.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a strategic or visionary leadership role.
- Proven track record of forecasting technology trends and implementing them effectively.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Cloud Architecture, or Distributed Systems.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to think long-term and drive change in a fast-paced environment.
