Responsibilities
- Orchestrate the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Define, prioritize, and communicate the technical vision and milestones for the upcoming fiscal year, aligning engineering efforts with business objectives.
- Drive Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with Product, Design, and Sales teams to ensure technical feasibility and market readiness of new features.
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Oversee the design and implementation of high-performance systems capable of supporting 10x user growth by 2026.
- Manage Stakeholder Expectations: Act as the primary technical point of contact for C-suite executives, providing clear insights into project status, risks, and opportunities.
- Drive Innovation & R&D: Spearhead pilot programs in emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- Optimize Engineering Operations: Establish best practices for agile development, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud governance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, product management, or strategic consulting.
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership role managing large-scale technical teams.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technology projects on time and within budget.
- Deep understanding of modern cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices.
- Familiarity with AI/ML implementation strategies and data privacy regulations (GDPR/CCPA).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
