- System Architecture: Lead the design of scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud infrastructure capable of supporting enterprise-grade workloads.
- Talent Development: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate complex technical strategies into actionable business insights.
- Innovation Lab: Explore emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Readiness, Edge Computing) to ensure Aether Dynamics remains market-leading.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or technical product management with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and microservices architecture.
- AI Proficiency: Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), machine learning pipelines, and generative AI applications.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to think long-term and plan for the technological evolution of 2026 and beyond.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
