Responsibilities
- Prepare and sterilize surgical equipment and instruments
- Assist surgeons during procedures with equipment handling
- Maintain sterile environments in operating rooms
- Monitor inventory and equipment functionality
- Collaborate with surgical team for seamless case flow
- Document equipment usage and maintenance logs
Qualifications
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) required
- Minimum 2 years OR experience
- Knowledge of sterile processing protocols
- Ability to operate advanced surgical equipment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Alaska license preferred
