Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain sterile surgical environments with provided equipment
- Assist surgeons with instrument handling and sterile procedures
- Operate advanced surgical technology including endoscopic and robotic systems
- Manage sterilization and maintenance of provided surgical instruments
- Document procedures accurately in electronic health records
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for seamless patient care
Qualifications
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) or equivalent certification
- 2+ years of operating room experience with provided equipment
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Proficiency in endoscopic and robotic surgical systems
- Strong knowledge of sterile processing protocols
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced surgical environments
