Responsibilities
- Prepare operating rooms and sterile fields with precision
- Assist surgeons during procedures using aseptic techniques
- Manage surgical equipment inventory and sterilization remotely
- Document cases using our digital health platform
- Coordinate telehealth consultations for pre/post-op care
- Maintain compliance with OSHA and hospital protocols
- Train staff on new surgical technologies
Qualifications
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential required
- 2+ years of scrub tech experience in multi-specialty OR
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR)
- Ability to work independently during remote shifts
- BLS/CPR certification
- Strong communication skills for telehealth coordination
- Flexibility to cover on-site OR rotations
- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance for remote documentation
