Responsibilities
- Prepare sterile fields and surgical instruments for complex procedures
- Assist surgeons during operations by passing instruments and supplies
- Maintain strict aseptic techniques throughout surgical processes
- Manage inventory and sterilization of surgical equipment
- Document procedures and ensure compliance with safety protocols
- Coordinate with anesthesia and nursing teams for seamless patient care

Qualifications
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential required
- Minimum 2 years of perioperative experience
- Proficiency in sterile processing and instrumentation
