Responsibilities
- Prepare operating rooms by sterilizing equipment and setting up sterile fields
- Assist surgeons during procedures by passing instruments and supplies
- Maintain sterile environments and adhere to OSHA/HIPAA protocols
- Inventory surgical supplies and restock operating rooms
- Transport patients and specimens safely within the facility
- Document procedural activities using electronic health records
- Participate in continuous training and skill development
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Basic computer literacy and documentation skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Pass background check and pre-employment health screening
- Must complete our 12-week paid training program
- Certification assistance provided (CST/NCCT)
- Commitment to 1-year employment post-training
