Responsibilities
- Prepare and sterilize surgical equipment according to strict protocols
- Assist surgeons during procedures with precise instrument handling
- Maintain sterile environments in operating rooms

Qualifications
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential required
- Minimum 2 years of OR experience in a Level 1 trauma center
- Expertise in sterile processing and equipment management
- Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and instrumentation
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments
- Current BLS certification
