Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in sustainability leadership with demonstrable impact in Fortune 500 environments
- Expertise in circular economy principles, carbon accounting (GHG Protocol), and regenerative design
- Proven track record scaling ESG initiatives with measurable environmental and financial outcomes
- Mastery of sustainability reporting frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD) and emerging 2026 compliance standards
- Advanced degree in Environmental Science, Sustainable Business, or related field
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation teams in agile, startup-like environments
- Certification in sustainability management (e.g., GRI, LEED, or equivalent) required
