- Drive ESG reporting and carbon neutrality initiatives
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets for green tech R&D
- Forge strategic partnerships with climate tech startups
- Champion employee engagement in sustainability programs
- Monitor regulatory trends and advise on climate policy
Qualifications
- 8+ years in sustainability/ESG leadership roles
- Proven track record in circular economy implementation
- Advanced degree in Environmental Science or MBA
- Expertise in carbon accounting frameworks (GHG Protocol)
- Experience managing cross-functional innovation teams
- Strong understanding of climate tech landscape
- Certification in Sustainability Management (e.g., GRI)
- Exceptional stakeholder communication skills
